IFCA International is a Fellowship of churches and Christian workers committed to biblical ministry. What does this mean?
We are a co-worker in ministry which provides not only fellowship, but the means for cooperative ministry efforts for independent churches. IFCA International was founded in 1930 in Cicero,
Illinois as The Independent Fundamental Churches of America to provide fellowship, encouragement, and identification for the independent church and men of like faith. Our history is rich with an emphasis on historic fundamental doctrinal distinctives, evangelistic zeal and missionary vision. Today our Fellowship offers the same valuable benefits and care to a new generation of independent churches and pastors worldwide.
IFCA International establishes an organizational structure to coordinate and encourage joint participation in ministry activities. IFCA International provides this while guaranteeing the autonomy of congregational government. The Constitution and By-Laws of the Fellowship provide for a voluntary membership for churches, organizations and individuals. Membership is reaffirmed annually. We have nearly 1000 associated churches in the United States and three to four times that number of associated churches in 25 countries outside the U.S. We have over 1200 individual members who are pastors, missionaries, college and seminary professors, chaplains and other vocational Christian workers. Here in the U.S we have three member Bible
Colleges, fourteen home mission agencies, and nine active church planting agencies. We also have eight foreign mission agencies ministering outside the U.S.
IFCA International seeks to be an ethnically blended fellowship of men and churches, reflecting the diversity of the Body of Christ. We are committed to working together in Biblical ministry worldwide.
Tim and Vivian Hoffman with American
Missionary Fellowship/ Camp WeWoSeJe ( We Would See Jesus)
Tim Hoffman considers it an honor to serve alongside AMF missionaries who are sharing the Gospel with others on their fields because of the call on their lives. He and his wife, Vivian, served with AMF as volunteers for many years before joining the mission as area missionaries and directing one of AMF’s Bible camps.
The couple resides in southern Illinois, where they are raising two children who are also involved in AMF ministries. The Hoffmans’ heart is to serve their mission family and help others find the right place to serve and fulfill God’s call on their lives.
Tim has over 28 years of pastoral ministry experience, having most recently served for 25 years at Dubuque Bible Church in Dubuque, IA. After serving in the United States Navy and then working for a time in the finance industry, Tim began his training at Philadelphia College of Bible and graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bible with a minor in Christian Education. After taking some training at Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA he began ministry as an Associate Pastor/Christian School Administrator before coming to Dubuque Bible Church in 1980.
In 1990, while continuing to serve the church in Dubuque, Tim became the Chairman of Wisconsin Church Extension and served in that capacity until 2003 when that agency participated in the merger that gave birth to Midwest Church Extension. Midwest Church Extension began official ministry in January 2004 and he served on the Board of that new organization until June 2005 when he accepted the call to become MCE’s Administrative Director.
He has been actively involved in IFCA International on both the Regional and International level for twenty-five years. That involvement has included three terms of service on the Board of Directors and chairing several committees including Constitution Revision, Policy & Procedures, and Resolutions. He was also the architect of the newly re-vamped IFCA website and serves as the web-administrator for IFCA International as well as Midwest Church Extension. Tim has three grown children and enjoys traveling with his wife of 40 years, Linda, throughout the Midwest, representing the mission. He is available to churches for pulpit ministry as well and conferences and is able to address a variety of biblical themes as well as ministry technology issues for the church.

Hank and Karen, Zeck are missionaries with the HCJB Global Technology Center in Elkhart, Indiana. Here, we are involved in radio planting, helping the church worldwide to broadcast to their own people by missionary radio. The Sonset Radio, an FM solar powered radio is another project we have designed. We have also been used by God to establish broadcasting by satellite. I'm currently building the TB1000 shortwave transmitter. This is a transmitter with a range of 300-500 mile. The last TB1000 to be shipped went to Central African Republic and covers the entire country of 4 million people! Wow! http://www.hcjb.org/
